Well, its time I start running and eating healthy again because having another baby has taken its toll on my body. I plan on taking action with my new set of these

Now for eating healthy... I need some suggestions. Lately nothing sounds good so i have been eating lots of fruit and cereal. Not really my idea of healthy(or balanced), so any advice is appreciated. What are you doing to eat a little healthier this year?
My recovery from having Neal has been breezy! I have lots of energy and I am feeling so motivated to get lots done before we move to Chicago for the summer. You should see my lists! They are bottomless, which is good, I feel productive. (Josh introduced me to the "notes" application on my i phone and I have loved it! I keep running lists of what I need to buy at what stores and what I need to do each week and day. And the best part is that I always have my phone on me so it stays current. I am constantly adding and deleting things from my lists. Josh makes fun of me because I have had my phone for 2 years now and I am finally learning how to use it! Thanks Josh!)

cute shoes! anytime i get new running shoes it inspires me to work out. i have been wanting to get serious about yoga lately....i bout a new sports bra, hasn't had the same effect. :)
I didn't know you guys were coming to Chicago for the summer! We are only about 2 and a 1/2 hours away! We get to Chicago every so often because that's our temple. We will definitely have to plan to see you guys while you're in the midwest!

As far as going healthy, I would suggest eating more veggies. There's a really great section on allrecipes.com which gives a ton of vegetarian ideas (including stir fry, which is our staple).

Love the new stroller! Can't wait to finally get mine from my dad's in Cali. There are a lot of good low fat recipes if you check diabetic websites (kind of weird but still yummy)I love to drink lots of Smoothies!!! You can make some great ones with fat free sherbet (raspberry and peach are my favorite flavors)
oh, i'm jealous of that stroller. i would suggest Clean Eating magazine. they have a great philosophy to eating and some really delicious recipes.
I have been doing the Jillian Michaels workout and eating better for a month and have lost ten lbs! I would recommend it to anyone. It's $9 at Walmart and it's called trouble zones or something. I've also been loving on spinach salads with hard boiled eggs cut up, sliced dill pickles some grapes and a touch of miracle whip just to blend it all before I put it on the spinach. And protein protein PROTEIN. Eggs in the morning tour salads whenever u are hungry and dinner on a SMALL plate so you know you won't eat too much. Sorry for the novel = ). Miss you guys!!!!! Kev wants to get with Josh soon. We r in Utah right now actually we'd love to come and see you fam!!!
Avalynn is almost 11 weeks and I'm still not back to the gym, I'm sick of the muffin top though so I need to start! I have an app called "Intuition" and its made for moms... you can make grocery lists, reminders, have things color coded, etc. I really like it!
