We had our first outing to Target and Walmart the other day, and im not sure how all of you Moms do it! I had no room to put anything in my cart. So when we went to Walmart, i thought i would put my carseat on the seat part of the cart, but when i was pushing it, the carseat slipped and almost fell out! We are still getting used to all this. But we are thrilled to say that one thing we have figured out is that Grace loves to sleep! She has been letting me sleep from 12:30 - 6:30 every night this week! Yay!

There is a trick on how to get the carseat on the basket part of the cart, it can clip on to it somehow. I will have to show you! You need to post blessing pictures! Josh did such a good job! So lets get together! I am always free!
Oh she is so sweet! Can you send her to Wisconsin for a minute so I can give here a squeeze? :) I remember my first shopping trip with Jack...it was SCARY. Luckily it gets better.
sweet baby Grace! I can so relate to you Rose. I remember thinking--how am I ever going to go anywhere with this baby??? It won't be too long and you'll get to figure it out with two, and I'll have to figure it out with three! On second thought, once I have three, I don't think I'll be going anywhere with the kids. I'll have to run my errands when someone is at school or when Greg is home I guess. I can't figure that one out yet!
I bet that felt nice to get out. It really does get easier! When I just had Dallin I would clip his car seat into the front part (though some carts don't work very well with this). Now that I have two, I have Dallin sitting in the front and I have Evelyn's car seat in the bottom part- but this only works if I'm buying just a few things cause the kids take up all the room!
I forgot what an ordeal it is to lug a baby carrier everywhere! I was always nervous about putting the carseat in the front part-but it worked great in the main basket (except that you have nowhere to put anything you're buying!). Thanks for posting pics of your sweet baby. I was so jealous Danny got to see her on our trip to UT. I hope to get a glimpse of her one of these days. Good luck these first couple months-I'm glad she is sleeping for you.

I love reading your updates and seeing your adorable pics of baby Grace - she is perfect! Also, I am loving the music...in fact they're all I have listened to today - I just play em' over and over while I'm at work! :)
