I think that i have become obsessed. Every time I go to Costco (my favorite store) I come home with more fruit. 10lb boxes of oranges, enormous cartons of pears, bags of carrots and buckets of bananas! I LOVE FRUIT!! That is my staple food along with the strawberry Special K.
These smoothies are so easy. Just add all the fruit you can possibly fit + some juice and you have yourself a wonderful healthy lunch, breakfast, dinner, snack or dessert! It can really be all of those and i love them!

funny thing, I was just thinking tonight how much I love smoothies and how I should write a post about them. I'm glad we have this guilt-free treat in common. It makes me so happy when my kids drink them up too. We make at least one smoothie every day. When we were at Disneyland and away from our blender, we had to go to Jamba juice--the next best thing.
Haven't gotten out my blender in awhile....thanks for the reminder! I love smoothies too....Yum! :)
Rose, you are going to be a good influence on me this week, i know it. Let's take a trip to Costco together and you can teach me your healthy ways. Or you can at least whip me up a smoothie :)
Yummy that looks so good. I love fruit too and smoothies make fruit even that much more enjoyable.

you probably love smoothies as much as you do because you make such dang good ones... way better than I can pull off. you should open a shop "Rose and Shine" (rise and shine...hm maybe it doesn't work but I was trying to think of something breakfasty). love the new pics of grace.
