While we were home for a few days we were able to see my friends Lindsay and Lauren, spend some time on the lake, shopping with Jenilyn & Wes, and lunch with our Argentine cousin Leah and cousin Sara. JP had to work but it was fun to see him for 5 min before we headed up the canyon.

Peterson Reunion 2008

Every year we look forward to the Peterson reunion.This years reunion was so much fun.. Lots of family, fun games and FOOD. We celebrated Melissa's birthday on Friday night(cake). And then Jenny's on Sunday(ice creme). In between, we had church(delicious chicken), made cute stepping stones, the legendary sawdust hunt(snickers, twix, reeses, licorice and animal crackers), and a sweet surprise.... Leah and Sara (my cousins) came up to play games with us(7 layer dip).

Our apologies to Dan and Kanessa (who had to share a room with us) for not letting them get any sleep. We finally found out TODAY why Grace woke every hour during the night.. she popped another bottom tooth!

Surprise!

This weekend while we were at our family reunion Josh surprised me with this bad boy! I was so excited i almost cried. I have SO much to learn, and cant wait to get started.

The other night we went and played lazer tag. Hill beat EVERYONE with 2600 points. I was so confused when i finished and had 0 points. I asked the guy and he told me that I just must have been hit more times than i shot others. haha

Candy Shop

On Saturday Hill, Ellie, Emily, Randi, Hailey, Taya, Sienna, Kelly, Grace and I all went down town to the Hamonds Candy Factory. The sweet cinnamon smell as we pulled up made my mouth water, along with all the yummy candy we got to touch in the shop. So much FUN! Afterward we all went to lunch at the Denver Diner. It was the cutest old fashioned restaurant and Grace and I shared some roast beef au jus.

Boulder, Co

We went with family and friends up to Boulder for some scenic views, and it was beautiful! Grace loved being outside with her Daddy and smiled and screamed ( a happy one) for a good majority of the time.

Just got back from a sweet reunion packed with "Mixa's". It was so nice to see some of my family that i have not seen in almost 12 years! Here are a few pictures i will treasure.

I love this guy so much. Some of his greatest qualities are his sense of humor, enthusiasm for life, genuine heart and most important his LOVE of the gospel. Fish, you make the BEST, best friend! Not to mention, he makes the cutest babies!!
